Hello fellow residents.  I would like to report that I am very happy with the repairs that SVG has been doing with the building as I hope you are as well.  SVG in the last week has addressed most all and more issues other people and I had.  I just sent my "Official" list to Linda the SVG Manager.  You can download this list below. It includes items that have been fixed along with items still pending.  I am hoping that the next week will bring an end to this and I can go back to having my time spent on this go towards other things.

I want to thank you all for your support, even those of you that did not agree with what we were doing here.

UPDATES

2-18-07 Well a couple of days ago they installed new and extra CCTV Cameras in the building. This may address some of the issues some of you have aout keeping an eye on people in the building. And as far as I can tell SVG has repaired everything on list I submitted to them. Please send them a thank you note on behalf of everyone.

This will be my last update on this site unless there is other issues that arise.

2-13-07 List of items that need repair sent to SVG Manager

2-11-07 I don't know when this happend sometime in the last few days, but the carpets near the elevators have been cleaned and the stains are gone. They look very nice.

2-10-07 Today the Elevator doors on all levels were repainted. Very nice. If you ask me that is more then expected. Thank You SVG!

2-8-07 They also plastered in the thing haning out of the wall by the main lobby staircase & Batched up the hole in the wall and put a door stopper in the 3rd floor Trash Room.

2-8-07 Well they are working on the gate and wall in the Southwest Stairwell. I walked by them a couple of time this morning and looks like they are doing a solid job. Allthough I am no carpenter. More improvements, good to see!

2-7-07 The missing sign has been replaced between the elevators in the garage lobby. And this time they painted over where the old one was. Nice Job SVC.

2-6-06 it appears SVG has taken notice. The ceilings in the elevators have been replaced.

Also I have noticed many people have looked at the site and forum. If you are looking and reading please send me an e-mail about your thoughts to the flyer I want to hear both positive and negative responses.
